  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

6. Variations and Changes

Any variation to the original scope of work requested by the client must be:

  • Assessed and priced by MJS Building Service
  • Agreed upon and signed by both parties before work on the variation begins

Variations may affect project timelines and overall costs.

7. Timelines and Delays

  • Project timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, material availability, council approvals, or other factors beyond our control.
  • MJS Building Service will communicate any significant delays promptly and work to minimise disruption.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, unforeseen site conditions, or client-requested changes.

8. Warranties and Defects

  • MJS Building Service provides statutory warranties in accordance with applicable home building legislation in New South Wales.
  • Any defects identified during the defects liability period outlined in your contract will be rectified at no additional cost, provided they arise from our workmanship.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period.

9. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Ensure site access is available as agreed
  • Obtain any necessary approvals, permits, or council consents unless otherwise arranged with us
